Incorrect item ordered:
All wrap kits are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered incorrectly. However, we know mistakes happen! If you've ordered the wrong template or design, please contact us at support@scsunlimited.com and we will provide a loyalty discount toward the purchase of the correct kit.
The incorrect item was shipped to me:
Please send us a photo of the item received to: support@scsunlimited.com along with your order information within 15 days of delivery. Once we confirm the incorrect items, we'll open a claim and have the correct kit shipped using the original shipping option.
Return my purchase for a refund:
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as all sales are final. We are a print-2-order company. We don’t stock inventory. We feel our products speak for themselves. However, if for some reason you feel the product received isn’t up to our standards, don't hesitate to get in touch with us for a resolution.
Cancellations
We cannot guarantee the cancellation of a purchase as our products are printed as they are ordered.
