Incorrect item ordered:
– No returns on custom wrap kits, we will extend a discount on the correct wrap design. Please email or Call 855-727-9727 for a resolution.
- A 15% restocking fee and original shipping charge will be assessed on all inventory returned.
– If you ordered the incorrect chassis/template on a stock design, ship the kit back to us after submitting a ticket. Once we receive your incorrect kit we will ship you the correct one.
The incorrect item was shipped to me:
Please send us a photo of the item received to: email@example.com along with your order information within 15 days of delivery. Once we confirm the incorrect items, we'll open a claim and have the correct kit shipped using the original shipping option and a return shipping label.
Return my purchase for a refund:
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as all sales are final. We are a print-2-order company. We don’t stock inventory. We feel our products speak for themselves. However, if for some reason you feel the product received isn’t up to our standards, don't hesitate to get in touch with us for a resolution.
We cannot guarantee the cancellation of a purchase as our products are printed as they are ordered.
